NATURAL MASK FOR OILY SKIN

INGREDIENTS

• 1 banana, preferably ripe (you can keep ripe bananas in the freezer. Let it thaw before using)
• 2 tbsp honey
• An orange or a lemon

PREPARATION

• Mash up the banana, then mix in the honey. For best results, put the ingredients in a blender.
  Add a few drops of juice from an orange or a lemon.
  Apply to face for 15 minutes before rinsing with a cool washcloth or a steaming warm washcloth. Follow with your regular moisturizer.

Maschera viso fai da te per pelli grasse

Le maschere per le pelli grasse si possono preparare anche in casa: è sufficiente frullare un cetriolo con un po' di yogurt bianco per ottenere un prodotto completamente naturale, rinfrescante e purificante. È poi possibile potenziare l'effetto purificante della maschera aggiungendo un cucchiaio di argilla bianca al composto.
Quando si desidera invece preparare un prodotto esfoliante, come sostituto dell'argilla si può miscelare al centrifugato di cetriolo e yogurt un cucchiaio di mueslo di farina d'avena, dall'azione dolcemente abrasiva.

1. AVOCADO

Avocado is an excellent choice for making homemade face masks for dry skin, as it contains a lot of oils (which is why it’s quite high in calories). Since you only need half of the avocado, you can eat the other half and give your skin a boost from the inside as well!

Ingredients:
½ very ripe, soft avocado
¼ cup honey

Directions:
Mash the avocado in a bowl, then stir in honey.

Apply to skin and leave for 10 minutes.
Rinse face with a cool washcloth.

Ingredienti 1 uovo intero 1 cucchiaio d’olio 1 cucchiaio di miele di acacia.

Preparazione Sbattere o frullare il tuorlo con l’olio fino ad ottenere una specie di maionese. Montate a neve ferma l’albume, poi amalgamate tutti gli ingredienti. Stendere in strato spesso su viso, collo, decolletè e mani e rimanere in posizione di riposo per 20-30 minuti. Togliere la maschera con una salvietta di carta, sciacquare con acqua tiepida, poi con acqua fredda, tamponare la pelle e applicare una crema idratante.

Varianti Al posto del miele di acacia si può usare miele di castagno o un altro miele liquido. Si può personalizzare la ricetta con la scelta dell’olio: olio di germe di grano o olio di mandorle dolci per pelle secca, delicata o rugosa; olio di jojoba per pelli grasse o acneiche.

Effetti Tuorlo e olio hanno funzione nutriente; l’albume è rassodante ed esercita un “lifting” naturale. Il miele invece è un ottimo idratante, con effetto prolungato.
