All women deserve to be appreciated ,respected and admired.When a woman improves her appearance ,like changing the color or style of hair or starts using different cosmetics ,an amazing thing happens .people begin to notice and pay attention to her,listen to her opinions,ask her ideas and respect her beliefs.she becomes more confident and it makes here to look even better! And as her confidence grows  ,so dose the respect she receives at work and society and she become more courageous and she finds out there are lots of things that she can do and it improves her life in every way . 
I believe when you meet a person  firstly ,you notice to the look in her/his eyes .when you look inside the eyes of some one you could easily understand if she is tired,happy,sad....So one of the important points that you most consider is to have a fresh and proper make up for your eyes .That is why for most of the women eyeliner and mascara are number one.It gives to your eyes more definition and helps enhance your look and helps you to transform from a plain one to a stylish one in a matter of minutes.

With eyeliner even the smallest eyes can appear large.Applying eyeliner requires some techniques though and if you do it correctly it meant to add depth to your eyes .The line drawn should not be too dark and harsh .But before that I need to mention it is very important to choose the right eye liner ,depending on the color of your eyes.For example if you have hazel eyes ,purple,bronze ,brown and gold colored  will bring out any green in your eyes .A deep rose color is also flattering for hazel eyes .Blue eyes look real nice with a very dark blue or with copper color .one exception to this  rule is people with brown eyes.People with brown eyes can wear any color eyeliner  that they want .The ideal eyeliner color for green yes is  purple or brown these colors bring out the  green of eyes.Again keep in mind that while choosing the color of your eyeliner you must consider the color of your skin and hairs.

Another point to consider while buying an  eyeliner  is ,try to find a herbal or at list less chemical  one,because it is directly applying into our eyes and it could cause allergy or even more serious problems  .
